It can be eaten directly from the packet or as an ingredient in cooking or simply added to potato’s, salads, pasta, rice, soups or fish dishes.
Our Seaweed is hand cut from below the low tide mark. This ensures only the best seaweed is harvested and ensures the preservation of the crop for future generations.
