Our hand-harvested Certified Organic Emerald Isle Seaweeds are naturally rich in minerals, vitamins and essential trace elements. They also provide a valuable source of plant-based nutrients and protein, making them an easy way to add natural goodness to everyday meals.

Use our seaweeds to enhance the flavour of soups, stews, salads, pasta, bread and many other dishes. Their naturally savoury umami taste makes them an excellent alternative to added salt, helping to bring out the flavour of food.

Some seaweeds have also traditionally been used to help preserve foods due to their naturally occurring compounds.
